Who says business systems have to be boring?

Most companies let their technology become a maze of half-finished ideas, forgotten add-ons, and a bit of duct tape holding everything together.

I’m the opposite of that. I take messy systems and make them clean. I take complicated processes and make them simple. I take slow reporting and make it instant.

Tech shouldn’t get in the way. Tech should just… work. If you want stability, clarity, and a bit of personality in your business systems — you’re in the right place.

If your platforms aren’t stable, nothing else matters. I build environments and release processes that remove firefighting.

Complex systems create complex problems. I simplify processes, remove noise and make workflows easier to run and easier to support.

  • Own Syspro and Monitor ERP environments (dev/test/prod), ensuring stability, security and controlled change.
  • Lead Salesforce across three business units, including integrations, governance and documentation.
  • Manage Snowflake, SQL Server, Fivetran and Census to deliver a unified, trusted data platform.
  • Oversee SaaS platforms and vendor-hosted solutions, including MSP, Microsoft, BT and specialist partners.
  • Run ITIL-aligned incident and change management, with regular service reporting to leadership.

  • Designed and implemented structured release and change control processes.

Data lived in multiple systems with inconsistent definitions and heavy reliance on manual Excel work.

What I did
  • Implemented Snowflake as the central data warehouse.
  • Used Fivetran to ingest data from ERP, Salesforce and other systems.
  • Leveraged Census for reverse ETL to push clean data back into operational tools.
Result
  • One source of truth for reporting with near real-time data.
  • Substantial reduction in manual reporting effort and reconciliation.
